If any part of them does not suit you, the simplest option is to stop using the site; nothing here obliges you to continue. We keep these terms short on purpose, because a document nobody finishes is a document that helps nobody.
You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You agree not to break the site, interfere with other visitors, scrape it at volume, attempt to reach areas that are not meant for public view, or use it for anything unlawful. Where you leave a message or place an order, the details you give should be your own and accurate, since we rely on them to reply and to deliver.

02 — What our content is for
The ingredient guide, the product comparisons and the buying notes on this site are written to help you understand what is inside a supplement and how two products differ before you spend money. They are general information, assembled so you can compare labels side by side without needing a background in nutrition science.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing you read here takes the place of a conversation with your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified professional who knows your history and any medication you take. If a page and your clinician disagree, follow your clinician.
Product names, brands and package details that appear in comparison pages belong to their respective owners and are used to describe and distinguish the products we discuss. Their appearance here is not a claim of endorsement, partnership or approval by those brands.
03 — Orders and payment
Where this site accepts an order, the confirmation we send after payment is the record of what you have bought, at what price, with what delivery address. Prices and stock can change between the moment you add something to a basket and the moment payment clears; if the difference is significant, we will tell you before dispatching rather than shipping something you did not agree to.
Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number. You are responsible for keeping your own account details secure if you create one, and for telling us promptly if you believe an order was placed without your permission.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where a price was clearly listed in error, where the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve, or where the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel for one of those reasons and you have already paid, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
04 — Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines depend on the courier and the destination, so treat any estimate as a guide rather than a promise. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us; if the address was entered incorrectly, contact us quickly and we will do what we can before the parcel leaves.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time of receiving it and keep the packaging until the matter is resolved. Where a return is agreed, the item should come back unused and in its original sealed packaging, except where it was faulty or the wrong item was sent. Refunds go to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a fault with the product itself. This follows the usual practice for consumable goods, and we will always explain the reasoning if you ask.
05 — Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and design of this site belong to TrueAscent Men's Health or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a clear link back to the page they came from, and you may print pages for personal reference. You may not republish whole articles, resell our content, or present it as your own.
Third-party names, images and trademarks that appear for identification or comparison remain the property of their owners. Where we have used material from another source, we credit it on the page where it appears.
06 — Health and product disclaimer
The supplements described on this site are dietary supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Wording such as "may support" or "intended for" reflects how a dietary supplement is described, not a medical outcome.
Individual responses to any supplement vary. Do not exceed the serving suggested on a product's label, and do not combine products without checking first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under eighteen, living with a long-term condition, or taking prescription medication, speak to a qualified health professional before starting anything new. If you notice an unexpected reaction, stop and seek advice.
Ingredient details are compiled from published product labels and general reference sources at the time of writing. Manufacturers can reformulate; where a label on your bottle differs from a page on this site, the label on the product you hold is the accurate one.
07 — Limits of our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every page will be error-free or that the site will never be interrupted for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information published here.

If a change materially affects how orders or enquiries are handled, we will note it on the site rather than quietly editing the text.

09 — Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Bandung, Jawa Barat. Before anything reaches that stage, please write to us first; most questions about an order, a refund or a page on this site can be settled in a single reply.
