Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records standard technical details when a page loads. When you place a product order, the details required to fulfil it are handled as part of that order. Where the law requires us to keep an order record, it is held for the period that accounting and consumer rules set for a business of this kind, and then removed.

Questions we get about privacy

Do I have to give my phone number to ask a question?

No. Name and email are enough for a written reply. A phone number helps only when you would rather be called back, and you can leave it out without affecting the answer.

Can I read the guides without sending anything?

Yes. Ingredient notes, product comparisons, and the pages on choosing a multivitamin and on prostate and urinary wellness are open to read. Personal details are only involved when you choose to write to us or place an order.

What happens to my message after you answer it?

It stays with the thread so a follow-up lands in the right place, then it is removed when it is no longer needed. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner and we will do that, unless part of it sits inside an order record the law requires us to keep.

Do you sell email addresses to supplement brands?

No. A contact list is not sold, rented, or passed to brands for their own marketing. Data moves only where a task needs it, such as a courier delivering an order.

How do I ask for a copy of what you hold about me?
