We are on Jl. Braga in the Sumurbandung district of Bandung. It is a short walk from the Braga Street end nearest the city centre, and the entrance sits at street level.
Please arrange a visit before coming. The desk is a working editorial office rather than a shop counter, and someone needs to be free to sit with you.

Can you tell me which supplement to take?
No. This is an educational resource about natural supplements for men's health and how to read them, not a prescribing service. We can explain what an ingredient is usually included for and what a label format tends to show. Anything about your own body belongs with a doctor or pharmacist.
Do you sell the products you write about?
We do not run a checkout on this site. The guide pages explain ingredients, formats and how products are compared. Where you buy is a decision for you, and where you buy it is worth checking against your own local requirements.
Can I use what I send in a reply to you?
Please do not send medical details, test results or anything you would not want stored in an inbox. We only need enough context to answer a question about our guide pages. The Privacy Policy sets out how messages are kept and when they are removed.
How long does a reply usually take?
We aim to reply within two working days during Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. A question that names the page and the ingredient is usually answered in one message; vague ones take longer because we have to ask what you meant.
Can I visit the office in Bandung?
Yes, by arrangement. Send a message first and suggest a day and a rough time within the reading hours, and we will confirm. Same-day drop-ins are difficult because the desk is usually working on the guide pages.
